茶室のように頭を低くしないと入れないドアを暗証番号を入れて、地下二階に下っていくと、若いオーナー・ソムリエと料理人だけでやっているイタリアンの店があり、そこで出てきたのが岩手の四元豚と山形牛のステーキ。
